My Chocolate fix

Since I was a child, chocolate was by far my favorite sweet treat. I remember the Christmas calendars countdown that my Grand Mother would send to all her grand kids on the first day of December or the Kinder surprise roooooooo these were good! but my taste for chocolate has evolved over the years and I favor dark chocolate above all kind.
For me the darker the better, I will usually go for a 75% cacao, however the higher the percentage of cacao the more bitter it is, so if you don't like bitter tastes it might not be for you.

You also have to keep in mind that what makes the chocolate bitter are the flavanols which are responsible for many of the health benefits for your heart, blood vessels, brain and nervous system {You can read this article for more info}.

My final words on this would be "Let's be Happy, Healthy and Eat Chocolate!"
