Coconut Nest Cupcake

Happy Easter Everyone ! 

I wanted to incorporate Easter candies to some sort of dessert, so when I came across these vanilla Cupcakes (with a toaster coconut "nest"), I knew I had found a winner. I used Coconut M&M 's and Reese's mini eggs. I saved time by using store bought yellow cake mix and making home made frosting and toasted shredded Coconut.
